When do I actually get paid?

Your reward is processed once the referred business completes their payment with us.

Do they need to buy a specific package for me to get rewarded?

No. Any paid package, big or small, qualifies you for a reward.

Can I refer a business I'm not currently a client of Digi Business 360 with?

Yes. You don't need to be an active client to refer a business and get rewarded.

What if the business I refer doesn't sign up right away?

No problem. As long as they mention your name when they eventually reach out and sign on, you'll still receive your reward, even if it takes a few weeks.

Can I choose cash instead of an invoice credit?

Yes, you choose your preferred reward, cash or credit, at the time of payout.
