1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to your agency/business.

  • “Client”, “You”, “Your” refers to anyone using our website or services.

  • “Services” refers to branding, website development, digital marketing, SEO, or any offering listed on our site.

2. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse any part of the site

  • Copy or reuse any content without permission

We may suspend access if suspicious or harmful activity is detected.

3. Service Engagement

3.1 Project Start

A project begins only when:

  • Scope is agreed

  • Invoice is issued

  • Advance payment is received

3.2 Scope of Work

Scope includes only what is documented in writing (proposal, invoice, email, or WhatsApp confirmation).
Any additional work is billed separately.

3.3 Revisions

Each service includes a fixed number of revisions defined in your package. Extra revisions are chargeable.

3.4 Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Content submission

  • Feedback speed

  • Technical requirements

Delays caused by the client extend timelines automatically.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms
  • Advance payment is mandatory

  • Remaining payment is due upon completion or as agreed in writing

  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges

4.2 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Work already completed

  • Delays caused by the client

  • Change of mind after work has started

Refunds (if any) are at our sole discretion and only for unstarted portions of a project.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Deliver content, images, and feedback on time

  • Ensure you own rights to all content supplied

  • Review and approve work promptly

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect materials.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
  • We own all draft files, design concepts, and working documents until full payment is made.

  • After final payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables only—NOT the source files unless included in the package or paid for separately.

6.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing (additional fee may apply).

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use themes, plugins, APIs, hosting, and third-party tools.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their performance

  • Their pricing changes

  • Their downtime or security issues

  • Their licensing or renewal fees

Clients are responsible for all third-party subscriptions unless stated otherwise.

8. Website Maintenance & Security

  • Unless a maintenance plan is purchased, clients are responsible for their website updates, security, and backups.

  • We are not liable for issues due to lack of maintenance, client editing mistakes, or plugin/theme conflicts after project handover.

9. Confidentiality

We keep all business information confidential, except when required by law or when giving information to trusted team members working on the project.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, sales, leads, or traffic

  • Security breaches on third-party services

  • Downtime from hosting providers

  • Incorrect content provided by the client

  • Results of marketing campaigns (no agency can guarantee outcomes)

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination

We may terminate a project if:

  • Payments are delayed

  • Communication is unresponsive

  • Abuse or unprofessional behavior occurs

  • Scope changes excessively without agreement

Completed work will be invoiced.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
