4. Payments & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

After final payment, the client receives rights to final deliverables only—NOT the source files unless included in the package or paid for separately.
6.2 Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing (additional fee may apply).
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use themes, plugins, APIs, hosting, and third-party tools.
We are not responsible for:

Their downtime or security issues

Their licensing or renewal fees
Clients are responsible for all third-party subscriptions unless stated otherwise.
8. Website Maintenance & Security

Unless a maintenance plan is purchased, clients are responsible for their website updates, security, and backups.

We are not liable for issues due to lack of maintenance, client editing mistakes, or plugin/theme conflicts after project handover.
9. Confidentiality
We keep all business information confidential, except when required by law or when giving information to trusted team members working on the project.
10. Limitation of Liability

Loss of revenue, sales, leads, or traffic

Security breaches on third-party services

Downtime from hosting providers

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

We may terminate a project if:

Abuse or unprofessional behavior occurs
